"CHAIKA"

            Residential complex is situated at the distance of 15 kilometers from the Kremlin between the channel of Moscow, Khimky pool dam and historical park  «Pokcrowsckoe-Glebovo». This unique Moscow part preserves the wonderful legends of the 18^th 19^th and the 20^th centuries. And landscape planning of the 18^th century has been preserved till now. This park is famous for its rear kinds of trees, the approximate age of which is 200 years, ponds and hills, flower lawns and innumerous springs and one of them is well known «Tsorewna Lebed» (Tsarina Swan). In summer of 1993 the restored St. Virgin church was opened. And the magnificent residence of grand duchess Shakhowsckayia is also situated on the territory of the park.

The channel of Moscow and Khimky pool dam water area is surrounded by beaches, parks, river stations, boat moorages, sport grounds and it is Muscovites favorite place for rest.

Since the beginning of the 20^th century the country houses of actors and producers was situated on the territory of the residential complex. K.S. Stanislawscky often visited this place.  Vesenyn (the founder of Russian constructivism ) and decorator of the Art theater designed one of the country houses. In 20s  Lenin’s and also Inessa Armand families pent their holydays here. There is a hospital not far from the residential complex «Chaika» one of its buildings was built in 1935 and it served as a prototype for professor Strawinscky clinic, described in the famous novel «Master and Margaret» by Bulghakow.

Comfortable cottages are isolated from the noise of the city.

And different kinds of house (one storied, two-storied with balconies), different kinds of materials (wood, breaks, stone, Canadian sandwiches), architectural details (balconies, galleries) make an impression of naturally constructed elite settlement. All cottages are provided with water supply, central heating, electricity, telephone and TV. The leasing payment includes: cleaning in the cottage, electric and sanitary engineering and also security for 24 hours.

There are old restaurant, sauna, and tennis lawn(ground), football field on the territory of the complex.

And near the settlement you find Anglo-american school and a hotel.
